Davor Čengija is an agile coach and enterprise architect with 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Working as a programmer, system architect and project manager – he went through all stages of the development process. He was on the front line with customers many times, as well as participated in the sales and business development processes. Currently, his work can best be described by the words: agile coach and evangelist.

He is a mechanical engineer by profession, so he has always tended to apply agile principles in non-developmental environments such as business architecture, marketing, sales and/or HR, enabling people to adopt a more creative, fun and interesting way of working.

He has developed and taught several successful courses on software development quality, system architecture, organizational architecture, and a lean and agile approach to work.

    Of course, it's hard to predict the future, maybe even impossible! And out of all the things that could be done, it's quite difficult to know where the biggest impact lies. Come and see how Dino Jurina, our Engineering Manager and team leader at CROZ, and I used Wardley maps to determine where to focus and what to do next. Dino's main task is to create and lead a team that makes our customers satisfied, while also ensuring that team members are happy, grow professionally, and collaborate well with the rest of the company. But what does that mean in concrete and actionable terms? Wardley maps helped us tremendously in clarifying Dino's next actions. It is a collaborative tool that takes the overall context into consideration to make the right decisions.
