Come and see how Dino Jurina, our Engineering Manager and team leader at CROZ, and I used Wardley maps to determine where to focus and what to do next. Dino's main task is to create and lead a team that makes our customers satisfied, while also ensuring that team members are happy, grow professionally, and collaborate well with the rest of the company. But what does that mean in concrete and actionable terms? Wardley maps helped us tremendously in clarifying Dino's next actions. It is a collaborative tool that takes the overall context into consideration to make the right decisions.
