Friederike works as a software engineer on the UX/CX Technologies team at DATEV. She develops software components for gathering customer feedback across various touchpoints. With a background in Book Studies and experience as a travel guide editor, she effectively bridges the gap between technical and non-technical experts. Recently, she completed her master’s degree in Computing in the Humanities by combining her knowledge of the German language with her programming skills. Her thesis focused on automating the anonymization of customer feedback using Natural Language Processing. Her findings are now being refined and integrated into DATEV’s UX/CX IT landscape.
