Vanja started his career in Zagrebačka banka (UniCredit group) in 2007 and spent 11 years in corporate banking supporting corporate clients as a relationship manager. In 2018 Vanja continued his career in call center area (ZABA 24) as Head of call center where he was responsible for organization and supervision of operations in four main business areas of the call center (information services, online services (online banking/mobile banking), card services and service quality and campaigns). Particularly challenging period was during the COVID-19 situation when it has been necessary to transform the call center from service to sales organization unit and to enable more remote service for the clients. From 2022 Vanja is working as Head of e-branch where he continued to participate in the development of products that can be contracted remotely (cash loans, non-life insurance, packages etc.). In these last 5 years Vanja developed a great interest in digital services and digital transformation.
