Automated Anonymization of Customer Feedback on a Large Scale

In their talk, Friederike and Jonas will outline the value of automated and large-scale customer feedback collection, as well as the associated challenges and benefits. They will focus particularly on legal requirements related to personally identifiable information (PII) and discuss a potential automated solution implemented at DATEV eG. After explaining their motivation to tackle this problem using state-of-the-art machine learning approaches, they will conclude their session with a short demo of their anonymization pipeline.
